NINE POINT EIGHT INC. Shipping Information (North America)

- Shipping charges are shown on the receipt, and paid by the customer during check-out.

- Shipping charges vary by customer deliver-to address.

- Shipping is by 9point8 best carrier, taking advantage of our special rates.

- Outside of North America import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, etc. are governed by the country of import and are the responsibility of the customer

- Except for domestic Canadian sales and shipments jurisdictional taxes are not applied at checkout nor included in the price of the item purchased

- A tracking number is normally, but not always, available. It is provided at the end of the shipping-day to the email address provided by the customer.

- 9point8 cannot take responsibility for carrier delays

- 9point8 takes responsibility for the package until in the customers hands. If lost by the carrier, it is covered by 9point8. This does not apply for shipments delivered to a third party such as a freight forwarder or hotel. 

- Returned items, for any reason, must be pre-approved and coordinated with Customer Service.  A valid RA number, provided by Customer Service, is required.  See Warranty and Returns.  This step is mandatory to avoid substantial fees.

 

Free Shipping Information

We offer free shipping for eligible orders, anywhere in Canada and the contiguous United States. Simply choose 'Free Shipping' during checkout. Contact Customer Service at support@9point8.ca if you have any questions.

  1. Free shipping only applies to orders over $99.00 USD. Cannot be combined with other discounts.
  2. Free shipping promo available to Canadian consumers only. (No resellers, no ProDeal customers)
  3. 9point8 reserves the right to modify, cancel, revise, rescind, update, change, extend, withdraw (you get the idea) this offer at anytime, for any reason, without notice.
  4. Free shipping covers 9point8's preferred shipping courier and level of service.

 

NINE POINT EIGHT INC. Sales and Shipping to Ukraine, Belarus, and Russia

At present we have blocked the ability to make purchases where the destination are these countries.  For Ukraine it's unfortunately only due to the risk of non-delivery, any shipments to Ukraine via any alternate method such as 3PL will be completely at the customers risk and all guarantees of service are null and void. 

Any attempts to circumvent Government of Canada sanctions against the two belligerents, Russia and Belarus will void any guarantees of service.  In the case of losses or seizures during an alternate form of shipment or through a 3PL provider there will be no effort by us to have the shipment released for delivery nor will there be a refund in any form.
