When you 'Add to Cart' the Factory Service item, you begin a simple process:

  1. At checkout, you will be able to choose and pay for the return-shipping to you. (The shipping to 9point8 is included in the Factory Service item price.)
  2. After checking-out, you must wait to receive an RA NUMBER, SHIPPING LABEL and if shipping from outside of Canada a COMMERCIAL INVOICE to affix on the exterior of the package. DO NOT SHIP YOUR PARTS TO US UNTIL YOU RECEIVE these items from 9point8 and UPS via email. Extra fees may apply if you do!
  3. Pack your product to ship it to 9point8.  Keep your packaging small to avoid oversize charges.  9point8 is not responsible to product that is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
  4. Securely affix the pre-paid shipping label and if applicable, the commercial invoice to your package and send it!
  5. When we receive your package, you will get a "Return Received" confirmation email and we will begin servicing your product(s) immediately!
  6. When we've finished servicing your products they will be quality tested, and then re-packaged and returned to you.  Status emails will keep you 'posted.'
